Helping Hand Foundation School Program – Campaign

HHF is Supporting Migrant and Economically Disadvantaged Children by Bridging the gap in their Education.

After working to uplift society by leveraging the public health system to build a bridge between public health and the common man, HHF is now focusing in getting the dropped-out children’s admissions in government schools and colleges, hence bridging the educational gap.

A recent survey conducted in various parts of Hyderabad revealed a concerning trend i.e. 27% of children have dropped out of school and an additional 5% have never attended school. The primary reason for this is the inability to pay the high fees of private schools, which dominate Primary and Secondary education in many slum areas.

In response, HHF has established a school specifically for migrants and dropouts. This school currently serves students from nursery to 5th grade, with plans to expand to higher grades in future. So far, over 200 students have been enrolled in the school and more than 150 are waiting for admission.

HHF SCHOOL PROVIDES:

Free schooling with Transport.
Uniforms / Shoes and socks.
Books and stationery for the year.
Give the gift of education and help the entire family to shape a better future.

The cost to support each student is Rs 15,000 per year.
